Just a reminder that the two new versions of 'Enjoy Youth' are out in the world :)
The first, a Welsh Version re-recorded with the iconic songwriter Donna Lewis pays homage to my childhood in Wales.
Second 'La Jeunesse', a fully French version with Beth Hirsch pays homage to both of our deep loves for Paris, where we met!

These new versions sound absolutely lovely! The Welsh version with Donna Lewis must feel so personal and nostalgic, and a full French version with Beth Hirsch honoring your shared love for Paris is such a beautiful touch. It's always special when artists revisit their roots and pay tribute to the places that shaped them. Speaking of things that bring back childhood memories, your mention of Wales reminded me of the countless hours I spent playing Fireboy and Watergirl with my sibling growing up. Can't wait to give both of these new tracks a listen!
Love that the Welsh version with Donna Lewis honors your childhood in Wales, and bringing in Beth Hirsch for La Jeunesse to celebrate where you met in Paris makes both versions feel so personal. Both tracks sound like real love letters to place and memory. By the way, I keep a free short story examples library I like to share: https://shortstoryexamples.net/
The thoroughness of your analysis is truly impressive. It took me a little while to read all of the comments, but I found the article to be quite intriguing. my best friend yui
